• The company provides services to support international recruitment (e.g., international employment services, training to support international recruitment, settling-in services, or consulting services to promote international recruitment)   

• the company has at least an A credit rating  

• the company’s contractor’s obligations and liability details are in order  

• the company has a permanent establishment in Finland in accordance with Section 13 a of the Income Tax Act (1535/1992)  

• the company commits to Employment Industry Finland’s guidelines on responsible recruitment of foreign employees.  

If yes, please fill out the form below and register as a service provider. The information in the form will be verified by Suomen Asiakastieto. The credit rating is checked using the Rating Alfa classification provided by Suomen Asiakastieto. When the registration is complete, your company will appear on the page of service providers within 10 business days (LINK: 6.10) 

In order to register your company on the Work in Finland website on Recruitment experts to help you - page, your company must meet the criterias mentioned above and obtain a Trusted Partner certification. If you do, then please send us following information:

• Business ID
  
• Company name
  
• Contact person's phone number and email address
  
• What type of international recruiting services you provide (choose from: international recruitment, training to support international recruitment, settling-in services, or consulting services to support international recruitment)
  
• You need to provide your company service description in languages you provide your services in (finnish, english and/or swedish, max. 500 character per language)
  
• Company logo (jpg. or png. format)
